Eastern Beauty Oolong

Eastern Beauty (aka Oriental Beauty, White Tip Oolong, Dongfang Meiren, Bai Hao Oolong, Champagne Oolong) is a heavy oxidized Taiwanese Oolong which is non-roasted and of the tip-type variety.  The leaves are bitten by the tea jassid, an insect that feeds on the plant.  A honey like tastes comes from the Terpenes which are released in the bitten leaves.

The tea has natural fruity and honey-like aromas and produces a sweet-tasting beverage that is bright reddish-orange in color.  Enjoy each sip to its fullest.
