Pu-erh Tea
Pu'er tea, Pu-erh, or Pu erh Tea refer to the type of tea from Yunnan region in China where the tea originates from.
During processing, the tea is often pressed into a cake/disk, brick, or Tuo Cha form. The tea is made by a complex process that is followed by an ageing process to further develop the taste of the tea. This aging process results in a tea that is much richer and smoother than traditional teas.
Mountain View Tea Village currently has one of the widest range of high quality aged Pu-erh teas which range from a rare 1939 to a more current 2008 variety.
Please contact us if there is a Pu-erh you have bought from us before and would like to repurchase as these teas are in limited quantities and once they are gone, they are gone forever.
