Our Al Lee Shan Premium Black comes from the very top of Ali Shan in Taiwan. The cool air and high altitude helps to create a premium black tea that has a very distinct taste. This tea creates an amber liquor color that is slightly sweet. As with many of the premium teas from this region, the leaves are good for multiple steepings.
